Email support@planetvexa.com with the affected URL and supporting detail. We distinguish a source revision from a PlanetVexa transcription, normalization or editorial error.

How corrections are handled

Verified errors are corrected promptly and the editorial modified date is updated where the change is material. Live source records can change independently; their source timestamp and freshness remain the governing indicators.
